Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your DocTog scrubs, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help—within a few simple guidelines.

Returns Accepted: Only for standard sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL).

Custom Orders: Scrubs tailored to your measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange: We currently do not offer exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags intact. The return request must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days of dispatch.
